PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL AND TRANSLATION SERVICES
Individual entrepreneur Samat Mukhtarovich Tleukeev, operating under the brand "International Drivers Hub" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), hereby publishes this Public Offer Agreement for providing legal and translation services. This document is a legally binding agreement in accordance with applicable legislation and is addressed to any capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") who accepts the terms of this offer.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Acceptance – full and unconditional agreement to the terms of this Offer by submitting a service request and making payment through available methods on the website.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with legal and translation services related to international driving documentation, and the Client agrees to accept and pay for these services.
- Issuance and delivery of International Driving Permits (IDP);
- Translation of national driving licenses into major international languages;
- Legal consultation regarding the use of IDPs abroad.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. Contractor’s Obligations
- Provide services of appropriate quality in accordance with current laws and within the stated timeframes;
- Maintain regular communication with the Client regarding the status and progress of the service;
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of the Client’s documents and personal information;
3.2. Client’s Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information and documents necessary for rendering the services;
- Make timely payments according to the pricing listed on the website;
- Comply with the laws of the country where the IDP will be used, and use the IDP only in accordance with its legal purpose.
4. TERMS OF SERVICE
Services are rendered based on the Client’s online application submitted through the official website. After receiving the application and documents, the Contractor verifies the information and processes the request within 1–2 business days. The finished IDP is then delivered either electronically or by physical mail, depending on the service package selected.
5. SERVICE COST AND PAYMENT TERMS
Service fees are listed on the Contractor’s website and may vary based on the selected package. The Contractor reserves the right to update the pricing without prior notice. Payment is made online using the available payment systems before the services are provided.
6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
The Contractor is not liable for the Client’s misuse of the IDP or for the consequences of its use in jurisdictions where additional or different documentation is required. The Client is solely responsible for compliance with local driving laws and regulations.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal data and documents provided by the Client are processed in strict confidentiality and are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement. The Contractor shall not disclose or share this information with third parties, except as required by law.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any disputes or disagreements, the parties shall first seek to resolve them through negotiations. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent court at the Contractor’s place of registration.
9. LEGAL DISCLAIMER
The International Driving Permit (IDP) is a translation of the Client’s valid national driver’s license. It is not a replacement for the original license. The Contractor does not issue any government documents and is not affiliated with governmental traffic authorities.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement becomes effective upon the Client’s acceptance and remains valid until the complete fulfillment of obligations by both parties. The Contractor may amend the terms of this Offer unilaterally. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
